Directions
Adults: For general immune system health, take 1 tablet daily. At the first sign of a cold, take 2 tablets daily, or as advised by your health professional. Swallow with a glass of water before or after a meal. Break, cut or crush the tablet prior to consuming if you have swallowing concerns.
Not to be used in children under two years of age without medical advice
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. No added artificial flavours, colours, dairy or soy. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing.
