Directions
To use, remove cap, twist up product to remove seal. Apply a generous layer onto chest, neck and back as required to help soothe and comfort. Use before bedtime for a restful sleep. For external use only. Use only as directed. If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area before applying it to a large area. If irritation develops discontinue use.
