Directions
For general health and wellbeing:
Adults - Take 3 capsules once a day, or as prescribed by a health professional. Take with food
For skin and as an anti-inflammatory:
Adults - Take 7 capsules per day or as prescribed by a health professional. Take with food

Children 3+ - Pierce and squeeze 2 capsules once a day into milk, juice or cereal and consume immediately, or as prescribed by a health professional
