Directions
For Omega-3 supplementation: Take 1 capsule daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
For mild arthritis symptoms: Take 1 capsule 3 times a day with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Children 6-12yrs: Take 1 capsule a day (pierce & squeeze contents into milk, juice or cereal), or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Children 2-6yrs: Only as professionally prescribed.
