Directions
How to make:
1. In a bowl gently mix 50g of Protein pancake mix with 70ml of water or milk of choice. Stir until a smooth bather is formed.
2. Preheat pan to a medium heat and lightly grease.
3. Pour batter into pan and cook pancake until bubbles appear (approx. 2 mins). Flip pancake and cook until golden brown.
4. Serve with your choice of toppings and enjoy!
