Bodichek Gel X Comfort can be used for both hot and cold applications to provide relief from pain, soreness or swelling. The patented hexagonal, internal silicone frame evenly traps the gel to maintain its shape and distribute consistent temperature.
With a dual fabric design, it offers a soft fleece side for sensitive skin and a durable canvas side for extreme temperature variations.
Available in a variety of colours.
Suitable For: Hot and cold gel packs are used to apply hot and cold therapy to various parts of the body that can help relieve the symptoms of headaches, toothaches, aching muscles and joints, nagging back pain or menstual cramps. Directions
COLD APPLICATION
1. Freeze for at least two hours.
2. Apply to injury using the soft fabric side.
3. If application becomes uncomfortable, remove pack for a few minutes, then reapply.
HOT APPLICATION
1. Flatten pack and place in microwave ensuring pack does not touch the walls.
2. Heat for 15 seconds. Rest pack in microwave for 1 minute before handling.
3. Cautiously test for desired heat. If not hot enough, turn pack over and continue heating in 5-second increments until optimal heat is achieved. Ensure to rest the pack after each increment before handling.
4. Remove pack from microwave. Apply pack to injury using the soft fabric side.
5. If application becomes uncomfortable, remove pack for a few minutes, then reapply.
