RestoraCalm® Night is a triple action formula, designed to calm the mind, relieve symptoms of stress and enhance sleep quality and deep sleep. This specialised formula contains AlphaWave® L-theanine, Affron® saffron (Affron® is a registered trademark of Pharmactive Biotech Products, S.L.U) and lutein. AlphaWave® L-theanine is a calming amino acid, which supports relaxing alpha waves in the brain. Affron® saffron supports refreshing sleep and sleep quality, helping to prepare you for the day ahead. Stress is a factor which can affect sleep. Lastly, lutein aids the body to cope with environmental stress. Environmental stress can include electronic screen exposure.

Directions
Adults: Take 2 tablets once a day, approximately one hour before bedtime.
