Directions
To wear:
Open the Back Support Fully, releasing all adhesive closures.
Put the Back Support around your waist with the magnets on your back.
Close the main adhesive closure securely on your waist.
Pull the two top adhesive closures to secure it further.
Make sure it is not too tight that it is uncomfortable.
Close all adhesive closures so that they do not stick to anything and create lint build up.
