INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
One size fit.
Product contains 3 packs of 5 disposable anti-grinding plates.
Alignment grooves minimise the plate slipping and sliding around in your mouth.
Front safety tab helps to reduce the risk of swallowing the plate.
For best results, simply rinse in cold water or mouthwash after use.
Applied over either upper or lower teeth, depending on comfort.
No prep required - no boiling cutting or moulding. Simply insert and sleep.
Best replaced when no longer fresh or if damaged. Usually after 3-5 days of use.
