PRODUCT DETAILS Won't slip off the shoulders. Unisex fit. Completely washable and hygienic. CARE Hand wash in warm water. Use mild detergent. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Hang to air-dry in a well ventilated area. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE We recommend you wear the brace for between 10 to 20 minutes in the first few days. Then slowly add more time every day until your back and shoulder muscle memory slowly adjusts to the new posture setting. Strengthening your back muscles with specific exercises can aid the posture correction process. WE RECOMMEND wearing your brace from 30 minutes to 2-3 hours per day, depending on comfort. Compression to be firm, yet not too tight so as to restrict circulation. Do not apply over open wounds or if you have a susceptibility to dermatitis.
