Common Uses
INDICATIONS
For stabilising joints during vigorous physical activity.
Used as a preventative measure to support joints and tendons by limiting excessive movement.
May also be used for rehabilitation after injury, to speed up recovery and prevent re-injury.
Most commonly used to support ankle after ligament trains and sprains
Used to support knee fractures, dislocations and ligament tears.
Used stabilise their fingers and hands in sports such as basketball, netball, volleyball, boxing etc.
Those using tape frequently or with sensitive skin, we suggest using Bodyassist Pre-tape foam underwrap as a base under the strapping tape. This helps protect the skin.
