It works gradually, by drawing water into the stools, making them easier to pass. It provides gentle, gradual constipation relief and can be an add-on to fibre supplements. It is suitable for adults and children 12 years and over, and may be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding under medical supervision.

Directions
Adults and children 12 years and over - Take 2 or 3 tablets twice daily. Not recommended for children under 12 years.

Warnings
Not recommended for use in children under 12 years. Drink plenty of water. Increase fibre in your diet except in cases of medication-induced constipation. Do not take with other medicines or liquid paraffin, unless advised by a doctor. If symptoms persist, seek advice from a health care practitioner. Prolonged use is not recommended and may lead to dependence. Contains benzoates and gluten. Do not use if cap seal is broken or missing.
