Directions
DAILY HYDRATION
Adults: Mix 1 level scoop (4.0g) with 350mL - 600mL of water and take as required.
Up to four doses per day or as directed by your healthcare professional.
If exercising intensely or for longer than 1 hour consider Endura Performance Hydration.
