This vegan waterproof make-up remover has a bi-phase formula with a blue oil phase that instantly dissolves make-up while nourishing the eye area. The aqueous phase prevents the sensation of an oily film on the eyelids and preserves their hydration (the upper layers of the epidermis).

Directions
Shake the bottle well before use to mix the two phases. Pour the make-up remover onto a cotton pad. Leave for a few seconds on lashes and eye contour. Gently remove make-up with circular movements.
