Directions
Adults only: Take 2 capsules daily, one before breakfast and one before lunch.

Sinetrol® XPUR: Citrus maxima (Pomelo) fruit ext. dry conc. 135 mg, equiv. to fruit dry 540 mg; Citrus X paradisi (Grapefruit) fruit ext. dry conc. 67.5 mg, equiv. to fruit dry 405 mg; Citrus sinensis (Sweet Orange) fruit juice conc. 22.5 mg; Citrus sinensis (Blood Orange) fruit ext. dry conc. 45 mg, equiv. to fruit dry 225 mg; Paullinia cupana (Guarana) seed ext. dry conc. 33.75 mg, equiv. to seed dry 168.75, equiv. to Caffeine 0.84 mg, Caffeine 11.08 mg.

Warnings
Do not take while pregnant or breastfeeding. Adults only. Contains 11.92 mg total caffeine per capsule. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine. Caffeine intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The product has been blister sealed for your protection. Do not use if the tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Contains benzoates, hydroxybenzoates.
