The FlexEze Back Pain Heat Wrap 20 Pack is great value for those who have been using FlexEze while in hospital and wish to continue heat therapy throughout their rehabilitation at home.
FlexEze Heat Wrap and Heat Patches provide evidence-based, drug free pain relief of lower back pain and tight or tense muscles for up to 12 hours. FlexEze Heat Wrap fits comfortably under clothing to provide low level heat therapy - helping you to stay active. The ability to keep moving whilst receiving low level heat to the lower back has been demonstrated in multiple randomized controlled trials to reduce back pain. Heat Wraps in combination with physical activity are recommended in low back pain treatment guidelines including the Clinical Care Standard for Low Back Pain.
FlexEze is also ideal for muscular aches and tightness, sore joints, sports injuries, tendon or ligament strains, sprains, pelvic pain and menstrual cramps.
How to Use FlexEze Heat Wrap:
1. Insert 1 or 2 FlexEze Heat Patches into Body Wrap without removal of backing paper. Face paperside away from body. If not using Body Wrap, the Heat Patch can be adhered to underclothing. Do not apply directly to skin.
2. Position wrap around desired treatment area and fasten velcro when in desired position. Ideally suited for the low back region, but may also be wrapped around other joints and body parts.

Directions
When ready to use, remove Heat Patches from packaging.
Insert 1-2 Heat Patches into Body Wrap without removal of adhesive backing paper, face backing paper away from body.
Position wrap around desired treatment area. Ideally suited for the low back region, but may also be wrapped around other areas such as large joints.
FlexEze Heat Wrap activates when exposed to air and will reach full temperature in 30 minutes.
Use with caution and monitor frequently if you have sensitive skin.
Do not cut, fold or knead the Heat Patches.
Do not use if damaged or torn. Heat Patches are single use. Do not reheat.
Body Wrap can be reused multiple times by refilling with new FlexEze Heat Patches.
Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight. Use by best before date.

Warnings
Heat Patches have the potential to cause skin irritation and burns.
Discontinue use if Heat Wrap becomes too hot or skin sensitivity occurs.
Do not apply adhesive side of Heat Patches direct to skin or to delicate fabrics.
Do not use overnight or whilst sleeping.
Consult your doctor before use if you have diabetes, poor circulation, neuropathy, rheumatoid arthritis or are pregnant.
For external use only. If ingested or contents come in contact with eyes/skin, rinse with water and seek medical advice.
DO NOT USE:
• On infants, children under 12 or persons unable to remove Heat Wrap themselves.
• On broken skin, bruises or swellings.
• In combination with other heat sources or skin medications.
• On the same area for more than 12 hours in any 24 hour period.
