Directions
DIRECTIONS: Use up to 1 serve a day.HOW: Add 30g (3 scoops) to 200mL of water for a low carb drink. Shake or blend until mixed and serve.May also be added to other foods to increase protein content.Alternatively mix with juice or low fat milk.Mix with juice or low fat milk to fuel energy needs.WHEN: Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise and within 30 minutes after exercise.
