Directions
Adults - Take one capsule with water twice daily, or as directed
by your health professional
Ingredients
LipiSperse® Libifem® Fenugreek
containing Trigonella foenum-graecum seed ext. dry conc. 300 mg
derived from Trigonella foenum-graecum seed dry 9.9 g
LipiSperse® Black Cohosh
containing Actaea racemosa root and rhizome ext. dry conc. 30 mg
derived from Actaea racemosa root and rhizome dry 450 mg
Warnings
In very rare cases - black cohosh has been associated with liver
failure. If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes,
dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or
abdominal pain, and/or loss of appetite, you should stop using this product
and see your doctor. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
Do not exceed 2 capsules a day.
