Directions
HOW - Add 90g (2 & ½ levelled scoops) to 500ml of Skim Milk or to 300ml of water in a cup or Musashi shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.
WHEN -
POST-TRAINING - Use immediately after exercise within 30 minutes. Recommended one-day intake - up to 3 serves.
