Directions

Step 1: Roll the ear plug until it is thin and narrow.
Step 2: Pull the top of your ear up and back to help open your ear canal.
Step 3: Carefully insert the ear plug, tapered end first, then hold it in place until it fully expands.
Step 4: Dispose after use.
