General Information

RockBand Micro is a cotton and nylon looped resistance band that can be used for upper and lower body strengthening exercises.  This sturdy band is machine washable and comes with an instruction booklet containing an assortment of exercises for the shoulders, core, hips, knees and ankles.  RockBand Micro can be used as part of your warm up or as a stand-alone strengthening program.

Follow the enclosed instruction booklet for a series of upper and lower body exercises.  The RockBand Micro can be used for many different exercises – please consult your healthcare or fitness professional for specific advice if you have any current or previous injury.
