How to use - Adult dosage:

Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 100mg
Oligofructose 50mg
Silica Colloidal Anhydrous 40mg
d-alpha-Tocopheryl acid succinate 30mg
equiv. to d-alpha-Tocopherol (Vitamin E) 36.3IU
No added lactose, gluten, yeast, egg or artificial flavours.
