Common Uses

This is a high strength, multi action complex formulated with an orgainc and an easily absorbed Magnesium. Magnesium glycinate combined with amino acids and Vitamin C delivers therapeutic support for muscle function and nervous system health, cardiovascular health, immune system health and energy levels.

Directions

Mix one level scoop (filled level in line with the top of the scoop handle) in 200ml water, take once daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional
