Directions
We recommend applying four to five sprays to your legs, arms, or shoulders and massaging it in gently. Because this formula is designed for sensitive skin it is usually comfortable to use straight after a shower. If you are using it for sleep try applying it to your lower body about twenty minutes before bed so the magnesium has time to do its work.
This product needs to be stored below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
