Directions
Directions for use: Adults: Take 2 tablets per day for collagen formation and skin health. Adults: Take 4 tablets per day to enhance skin firmness and elasticity and support skin hydration, or as advised by your health professional. Swallow with a glass of water. Break, cut or crush the tablet if you have swallowing concerns.
