Biosun Hopi Ear Candles for adults and children may be beneficial in the temporary relief of the symptoms of sinus problems, earache, glue ear, swimmer's ear, chronic headaches, ringing in the ears, hearing difficulties, irritations in the ear, sore throat and allergies.
Biosun ear candles can aid in the removal of excessive ear wax and may also help to relieve pressure after flying, deep sea diving, or whenever an imbalance of pressure has occurred.

Directions
1. Ask the person to lie down on their side in a comfortable position. Make sure the head is level and not tilted at an angle.
2. Fit the lit ear candle gently but firmly into the ear canal with a slight twisting movement. Do not force it into the canal.
3. Hold the ear candle loosely during the process. Do not grip it tightly and keep it as vertical as possible.
4. Leave the ear candle in place until it has burned down to one centimetre above the red line, no further. Carefully remove it from the ear and extinguish in a glass of water.
5. Gently clean the outer ear with a soft cloth to remove any residue.
