Wear on its own for 'no-makeup' makeup days, or as a primer. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Sunscreen is only one part of sun protection. Avoid prolonged high-risk sun exposure. Re-apply frequently.

Directions
Shake well before use.
Apply liberally and evenly to the body 20 minutes before sun exposure. Re-apply every 2 hours or more often if you're sweating, swimming or towel drying.
