Common Uses
Traditionally used in European herbal medicine to:

Directions
DOSAGE:
Adults: 1-2 tablets daily with or without food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Ingredients
Each tablet contains:
Herbal extract equivalent to dry: Silybum marianum (St Mary's Thistle) fruit (equiv. to flavonolignans calculated as silybin 200 mg) 17.5 g
Nutrients:
Taurine 500 mg
Selenium (as selenomethionine) 50 mcg
Warnings
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
Keep out of reach of children.
If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation.
Selenium can be toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg of selenium for adults should not be exceeded.
