St Mary’s Thistle, also known as Milk Thistle, has a rich therapeutic history spanning over 2000 years. Traditionally, it has been used to treat liver and gallbladder disorders, protect the liver from toxins, act as an antioxidant and antiviral, and boost immunity.
Pets living in human environments are exposed to numerous chemicals through indoor air, contaminated water, pet food, and various household and garden products. An Environmental Working Group (EWG) study revealed that dogs are exposed to complex mixtures of synthetic industrial chemicals at levels often higher than those in humans. High levels of plasticizers, grease-proof chemicals, and fire retardants were detected, highlighting the significant health risks posed by chemical exposure. Milk Thistle's protective properties are play an important supportive role for pets facing these environmental hazards.

Directions
Small dogs < 15 kg = 5-10 drops once or twice daily in food
Medium dogs 15 - 30 kg = 10-20 drops once or twice daily in food
Large dogs > 30 kg = 20-30 drops once or twice daily in food
Note: 20 drops = approximately 1 mL
Store below 30 C in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Use within 12 months of opening

Ingredients
St Mary’s Thistle or Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum)
Each 1 mL contains 1,000 mg of dried herb equivalent
Contraindicated in dogs with known allergy to the Asteraceae (daisy) family.
Warnings
Milk Thistle is considered safe and well tolerated when taken within the recommended dose range.
