Caruso's Passion Flower 3000 contains a standardised extract of the herb Passiflora incarnata. Passion Flower is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to relieve the symptoms of mild anxiety, calm the nervous system and reduce excess nervous energy.
Passion Flower is also traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to relieve sleeplessness by reducing disturbed sleep and reducing the time it takes to fall asleep.
