OR use full instructions here:  Wash your hands thoroughly, then prepare the extraction tube by tearing off the aluminum foil and placing the tube in the stand. Open the swab package without touching the swab tip. Tilt your head slightly back, insert the swab 1.5–2.5 cm into one nostril, and gently rotate it five times against the nasal wall. Repeat in the other nostril. Place the swab in the extraction tube, rotate it five times against the tube walls, and let it sit for 1 minute. Remove the swab while squeezing the tube to extract the liquid, then secure the nozzle cap. Open the test device and add three drops to the specimen wells. Read the result at 15 minutes. DO NOT interpret the result after 20 minutes. Do not freeze. Test kit contents remain stable until the expiration date printed on the outer packaging.  After opening the pouch, the test should be used within one hour.
