Place tip on top of syringe and hand-turn clockwise until tight. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e2. Wash the syringe and tip with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e3. To fill syringe with water, push plunger in completely. Then place the tip of the syringe into drinking water. Water should be at body temperature (37°C).\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e4. Pull the plunger up until the required amount of water is in the syringe. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eUsing the syringe: \u003cbr\u003e1. While seated, hold a small bowl under your ear to catch the running water. Your head should be tilted slightly toward the ear to be cleared. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e2. Gently insert the syringe tip fully into the ear canal. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e3. Depress syringe plunger gradually to rinse the ear. Never forcefully inject water into the ear canal. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e4. When the ear canal is fully irrigated carefully remove syringe. \u003cbr\u003e5.
