Directions
ADULTS:
To reduce inflammation: 1 tablet twice daily.
To reduce muscle pain*: 1 tablet daily.

Curcuma longa, dry rhizome extract 500mg
from dry rhizome (BCM-95™ Turmeric) 12.5g
Equiv. Curcumin 350mg
Boswellia serrata, dry gum oleoresin extract 450mg
from dry gum oleoresin (BosPure®) 4.5g
