Directions
3-5 years: Take 1 chewable tablet daily. Crush and mix with milk or juice if needed.
6-10 years: Take 2-3 chewable tablets daily.
10-14 years: Take 4 chewable tablets daily.
14+ years: Take 5 chewable tablets daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
