Directions
Simple 3-Step Activation
Step 1: Immerse in Cold Water
- Place the inner pouch in a bowl or container of cool water
- Fully submerge for 10-12 minutes
- Watch as the crystals absorb the water (the bag will feel cool to the touch)
Step 2: Remove & Dry
- Remove from water
- Pat dry with a towel
- Insert your insulin pens or GLP-1 injections
Step 3: Enjoy Up To 45 Hours of Cooling

Reactivation – It Never Ends
When the 45 hours are up or as needed, simply re-immerse in cold water for another 45-hour cycle. Your Glucology Cooling Bag works for years – no replacements, no waste.
After Each Use,
Step 1: Remove & Dry
-Take out the inner pouch from the outer cover
- Pat dry with a towel to remove excess moisture
-Leave in a cool, dry place to air dry naturally
Step 2: Let It Dry Completely
- The crystals will gradually revert from gel back to crystal form
- Drying time: 2-4 weeks (depending on size & climate)
- Warmer, drier climates dry faster; humid climates take longer
Step 3: Gently Shake While Drying
- Every few days, gently shake the pouch this prevents crystal clumping, helps crystals dry evenly.
Your cooling bag is ready to use again once fully dry!
Storage Between Uses
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Keep away from direct sunlight
- No special storage required – just ensure it's completely dry
- Check crystals are fully formed before next use (should feel dry & slightly crispy, not wet)
