Do not use the strips if you have or are susceptible to mouth ulcers, gum injury or after oral operations. Do not swallow strips.

Directions
Use once a day for 14 days, or for quicker results, use twice a day for 7 days (but not this could increase the chance of sensitivity). Avoid applying to gums.
PEEL Open strips packet. Tear off the strips from the back liner. APPLY gel side against your teeth, lining up with the edge of the gum. Apply gentle pressure to mould the strip securely to the teeth. REVEAL Peel off strips after 20-30 minutes. Rinse mouth with water.
