Plant protein blend (70%) (Organic Yellow Pea Protein, Organic Brown Rice Protein), Natural Flavour, Coconut Milk Powder, Non-Dairy Chocolate Biscuit Chunks (Wheat Flour, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Cocoa Powder, Fructose Syrup, raising agent (500, 503) Salt, Emulsifier (*Soy Lecithin), Corn-starch, Flavour), Coconut Powder (Containing Medium Chain Triglycerides, Acacia Gum), Organic Maca Powder, Organic Chia Seeds, Psyllium Husk, Guar Gum, Sweeteners (Steviol Glycoside, Thaumatin), Himalayan Pink Salt.
*A tiny amount of non-GMO soy (0.1%), which is derived from the non-GMO Xanthan gum, has been added to ensure a smooth blend with no clumps.

Usage instructions
Shake 30 grams in a jar or shaker with 250ml of water, milk or nut milk. Alternatively, you can mix 30 grams into your oats, natural yoghurt or smoothie. For optimal results, consume twice a day.
