Whey Protein Concentrate 80% [ Whey(Milk), Sunflower Lecithin], Natural Flavour, Skim Milk Powder, Coconut Powder (Containing Medium Chain Triglycerides, Acacia Gum), Organic Maca Powder, Organic Chia Seeds, Psyllium Husk, Freeze Dried Raspberry Powder, Beetroot Powder, Sweeteners (Steviol Glycoside, Thaumatin), Himalayan Rock Salt.

Usage instructions
Shake 30 grams in a jar or shaker with 250ml of water, milk or nut milk. Alternatively, you can mix 30 grams into your oats, natural yoghurt or smoothie. For optimal results, consume twice a day.
