Place the heated foot pouch on a flat surface that\nwill be comfortable for your feet to reach and then\ninsert into a 220-240V power outlet.\n2. Plug the power cord into a power source and\nensure that all connections are secure.\n3. Once the power cord has been correctly\nassembled check that the cable is hanging freely\nwithout any hard bends, folds or kinks.\n4. Switch the pouch on with the POWER button\nand then select a desired temperature with the\nTemperature Controls.\n5. Allow some time for the pouch to warm up, place\none foot at a time into the pouch to test that the\ntemperature is at a safe and bearable temperature.\n\nCONTROLLER INSTRUCTIONS\n1. ON\/OFF\nThe controller allows you to turn the unit ON or OFF by pressing the POWER button.\n2. TIMER\nThe digital controls allows you to set the timer to automatically shut-off. There are four timers that you can\nset: 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 120 minutes.\nWhen you first turn the controller on the default setting is 30 minutes, on heat setting 3. When you turn on\nthe controller next time, it will remember the temperature and time you had set the last time you used it.\nPress the numbered button to set the desired time, once pressed the timer will begin to\ncount down. If the timer isn’t adjusted it will begin to countdown from the last setting\nused by default (30 minutes on it’s first use). When the timer reaches 0 the pouch will\nturn itself off.\n3. INDICATOR LIGHTS\nThe six indicator lights illuminate from left to right according to the pouch’s heat\nsetting. The indicator lights will be flashing from left to right and stop when the heat\nhas reached the temperature you have chosen. The approximate temperatures at each\nsetting are:\n1st: 40 ° C, 2nd: 44° C, 3rd: 48 ° C, 4th: 52° C, 5th: 56° C, 6th: 60 ° C.\n4. TEMPERATURE CONTROLS\nBy pressing the + button you will increase the pouch’s temperature, pressing the - button\nwill decrease it.
