Berry Cleanse is a unique formula of 11 plant based superfoods specifically blended to support a healthy digestive tract and bowel movements. Blending psyllium husk powder, chlorella, chia seeds, diatomaceous earth, flaxseeds and inulin, it gently sweeps through the colon to remove any blockages whilst keeping things moving on a regular basis.
Fruitful Digest is a blend of digestive enzymes of galangal, turmeric, ginger, papaya, kiwi fruit and pineapple powder. Together these digestive enzymes help the gut and promote better digestion and absorption of nutrients, whilst relieving symptoms such as gas, bloating and indigestion, caused through poor foods choices, over-indulging, food allergies or digestive issues.

Directions
We recommend you take the products daily as directed on the pack.
Take 1 tablespoon of Berry Cleanse and 2 teaspoons of Fruitful Digest in the same glass of water each morning.
Take 2 tablespoons of Vanilla Happy in the morning in a shaker with milk and consume.
All products can be taken together in a smoothie, or added separately. Can also be added to overnight oats, chia puddings or bliss balls.
