To obtain coldest temperature, it is necessary to store in freezer for about 2 hours prior to use.For Hot use:  Place in boiling water or very hot water for approximately 5 minutes or until desired heat is reached.  Alternatively place in microwave (700 to 800 wattage) and heat for 20 seconds.  Microwave ovens may vary, increase or decrease heating time in 10 second intervals to reach desired temperature.
