Directions
For Adults (18 years and over):
For the maintenance of healthy blood fats: 3 capsules daily.
For general cardiovascular health: 2 capsules daily.
For healthy mood balance: 3 capsules daily.
For mild joint inflammation and symptoms of mild arthritis: 4 capsules daily.
Recommended to be taken with meals.

Each capsule contains 900mg of Omega-3 triglycerides, including 850mg of EPA and 5mg of DHA, supporting cardiovascular and joint health.
