Directions

Ingredients
Each film coated tablet contains
• Calcium carbonate 1.5g (1,500mg)
• equiv. Calcium 600mg
• Colecalciferol 12.5 micrograms
• equiv. vitamin D3 500IU
• Free from added egg, dairy, shellfish, fish products, crustacean products, peanut, yeast, gluten, soy, artificial flavourings, sweeteners or preservatives.
Warnings
Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester
• Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate
• Do not take this product if allergic to any of its composition
• Do not use if cap seal is broken
• Keep out of reach of children
