The ProStretch Plus Calf and Foot Stretcher uses a pantented rocker design that delivers a technologically efficient and optimal positioning to stretch: Hamstrings, Calves, Achilles, Heel, Feet, Plantar Fascia and Toes. Directions

Directions for best success with the ProStretch Plus: Warm-up: Before using the ProStretch Plus, warm up your muscles with light cardio, like walking or jogging for a few minutes. Foot Placement: Place the ball of your foot on the ProStretch Plus platform, keeping your heel on the ground. Ensure your foot is positioned correctly within the designated area. Starting Position: Start with a slight bend in your knee of the leg you are stretching. The Stretch: Slowly lean forward, increasing the bend in your knee, until you feel a stretch in your calf. Avoid bouncing. The deeper you lean, the more intense the stretch. Hold: Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds. Breathe deeply and relax into the stretch. Release: Slowly return to the starting position. Repeat: Repeat the stretch 2-3 times on each leg. Vary Stretches: You can adjust the foot position slightly to target different areas of the calf and lower leg. For example, turning your toes slightly inward or outward can emphasize different muscle groups. You can also use it to stretch your anterior tibialis (shin muscle) by facing away from the ProStretch and placing the top of your foot on the platform. Cool-down: After stretching, continue with light activity or simply relax.
