Mepreze will begin to work in a few hours, however it may take a couple of days for full effect. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eOne Mepreze 20mg tablet should be taken each day with a glass of water unless otherwise advised by a pharmacist or doctor. It is recommended that Mepreze is taken about the same time each day, and that the tablet is not crushed or chewed as it will not work properly. If a tablet is forgotten, take a dose as soon as remembered and then commence the daily dose as normal. Do not take a double dose to make up for the dose that you missed.
