Directions
STEP 1 - Ensure the area around your mouth and lips is clean and dry. Do not apply if there is damaged or broken skin.
STEP 2 - Remove Mute Mouth Tape from its pack, and gently stretch in the direction indicated - the midline serration will part. Gently peel the backing paper off the tape.
STEP 3 - Hold the tape with the adhesive side facing toward your mouth. Keeping your mouth closed, gently place the tape over the middle of your mouth, and pat gently to ensure a secure fit.
STEP 4 - After your great night's sleep, remove the Mouth Tape by pulling gently from left to right. If there is any discomfort, use soapy warm water to assist with removal.
Single use. Do not share after use.
