My Beauty Body Massage Brush can be used in the shower or as a dry brush. The massage side helps to relax muscles and encourage blood circulation.
Wet brush: Cleans and exfoliates skin. Ideal for scrubbing and lathering soap.
Dry brush: Helps to stimulate lymphatic system, improve blood circulation and exfoliates skin. Use on dry skin before shower or bath. Begin at your feet by gently brushing upward in small strokes or circular motion towards the centre of your body.

Directions
Recommended use: up to 5 minutes, 1-2 times per week.
Dry brushing may cause redness - this is normal and will fade over time.
Warnings
If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Avoid using on sensitive, broken/irritated skin, acne or open cuts.
