My Beauty Cuticle Nipper easily trims overgrowth of cuticle and hangnails safely.

Directions

INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1. Soak fingertips in warm water to soften the cuticles, then gently push back the cuticles with a cuticle stick.
Step 2. Fold the level spring up into the nipper.
Step 3. Gently hold nipper blades against the cuticle and squeeze firmly.
Step 4. Clean nipper after each use and allow to air dry before storing away.
