Common Uses

Directions
Fill a glass with 250mL of warm water
Drop one tablet into the glass and allow it to dissolve completely
Submerge your menstrual disc in the solution, soaking for 5-8 minutes or until stains lift.
Discard the solution and rinse your disc thoroughly with clean water prior to use
NOTE: For stubborn stains, allow up to 12 hours of soaking, then gently rub stained areas with a cloth and solution.
