5:2 Diet Friendly - Mix 185mL of Coconut Detox concentrate with 200mL cold water. Each 185mL serving contains 63 calories. Factor these calories in as part of your 5:2 Diet and sip slowly as a hydrating tonic twice daily, between low calorie snacks and meals. Remember to support your Diet plan with additional water and low calorie beverages. Shake well before use.
